  Living space is okay minus the improperly installed carpets with sharp spikes along the edges. Crappy neighbors, but what can you do? The biggest nightmare is the package room hostage taking situation.
  
  After failing to catch package thieves, even with a security camera, management locked up the package room and severely limited access to it. Now, mail can only be received on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Furthermore, the room is only open for two hours each day, and they allow zero access outside of usage hours.
  
  I had an important package arrive on Wednesday afternoon, but I had class during the designated time to use the room. Today is Friday, but I won't be able to make the hours again today. This means I will have waited almost a week before Monday when I can finally make time to use the room.
  
  I eagerly await the end of my lease so I can finally get my mail when I want it.

  Very poor service. Hideous place. Avoid at all cost.
