  This establishment is s advised to not provide water to their patrons. I was at concert and I tried to ask the bartender for tap water but she was advised to not to give them water. Our basic human right was denied and I will not be visiting this venue on that note. What if I'm incredibly drunk at this DIVE BAR and advised that I cannot receive tap water?
