  I travel a good bit and have stayed at clean friendly hotels along the east coast. But I will NEVER stay at your hotel again. From the broken glass to bath towels just thrown along the walk way entrance to the rooms reminds me of 3rd world countries. Trash just lying around for guest to step over while walking. Door to room was bent so bad you could see day light . Never again Motel 6 ! Have you ever taken a shower in brown running water ? I almost did !

  Expected the same quality as other Motel 6 I stayed at, a little disappointed with the outcome; but the one thing that keeps me coming back is how I'm treated by the staff. Alot of people think that being professional is to lose the fact that we are all human wanting to be treated with respect, kindness, and the warmth of being one and the same. I usually keep to myself and deal with the front desk staff with the usual business transaction and move on, do not even bother asking anyone's name, but thanks to Bela at this Motel 6, I am able to smile and am thankful that she works there. She is not only very good at her job, she makes it her priority to get to know you and your needs from day one. With the most sincerity you would expect to find from a friend. She goes beyond the job requirements to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Although other Motel 6 qualities standards are alot higher, I never encountered a staff member that compared to Bela. She embodies the true meaning, or what should be, the qualities of what an employee in the customer service industry should have.
